1. Educational nature
The information on this website is for educational purposes only. Real Canada Invest is a market-literacy console. Its notes describe how funding, markets, instruments, and AI reading tools are talked about in public sources. The notes are courses and explanations. They are not financial services, and they are not a call to action.
2. No advice
The content does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, fund, or other asset. It is not a trading signal. It does not consider your circumstances, and it does not create an advisory relationship. If you need advice that takes your situation into account, speak with a person who is authorised to give it.
3. Investment risk
All investments carry risks, including the risk of losing the money committed. Reading a definition of an instrument, a venue, or a funding round does not reduce that risk and does not tell you whether any commitment is suitable. The site does not invite you to invest.
4. No guarantees
We do not guarantee that the material is complete, current, or free of error. Public rules and documents change. A diagram on this site is a concept drawing. It is not a price, a performance figure, or a forecast. We do not promise results of any kind, including learning outcomes framed as earnings.
5. No liability for decisions
You are responsible for how you use what you read. To the extent the law allows, Real Canada Invest is not liable for actions or omissions you make after using the site, or for losses that follow from markets, issuers, or tools the site only describes. Statutory rights that cannot be waived remain in place.
6. Risks of different categories
The list below names kinds of risk so a reader can recognise them in other texts. It is not a ranking and not a warning attached to a product, because no product is offered.
- Market risk: prices and rates move for reasons a single reader cannot control.
- Liquidity risk: a holding may be difficult to turn into cash without moving the price.
- Issuer risk: a company or other issuer may fail to meet what its documents describe.
- Information risk: a public report can be late, partial, or later revised.
- Technology risk: an AI summary can omit a condition, invent a confident tone, or drift from the document it claims to compress.
7. Past performance is not future results
Any historical description, including a description of how a market was organised or how a statistic was published, is about the past. It is not evidence that a similar result will occur. This site does not publish performance case studies, earnings stories, or track records.
